The Quick Screen Recordings for Jira app encourages users to create and share Screen Recording in a two clicks.
Adding a new Screen Recording
Just open issue and select Add Screen Recording menu item. Please, allow your browser to capture screen.
Now, you should select a screen you want to capture:
When you click Share (the name of this button depends on a browser), your screen recording is started.
When you click Stop Recording, a new modal is appeared:
You can add attachment as comment if you put any text in the Comment field.
Unfortunately, you comment is not appeared automatically, so please refresh the page to see updates.
Project Permissions
These permissions are mandatory:
- Create Attachments
- Create Comment
For team-managed projects, you don't need to change anything
Browser Permissions
The application requires microphone access to be enabled in the browser for it to function properly.
