Displaying fields on the customer portal

Dacha’s Portal Utils: Screens and Fields allows JSM project administrators to show fields in requests.

How to configure?

For displaying fields in the portal requests, you need to create or chose existing Issue Screen.

Then, go to Project settings and select Request Type Screens.

Click Add Settings and create mapping between Request Type and Jira Issue Screen.

After saving the configuration, the fields will appear for all requests (for the configured request type) at the top of the page.

Restrictions

The following fields are not allowed to be displayed on the portal:

  • Issue Type
  • Attachments
  • Components
  • Time Spent
  • Summary
  • Labels
  • Issue Links
  • Affected Versions / Fixed Versions
